1965 Shelby Gt350 White blue stripe Mustang

This 1965 tang GT 350 is a 3 owner car enjoyed within the same family since 1976.  d it’s 1st restoration in late 70;s, and has full ownership documented history.

Car presently has approximately 1200 miles on fresh balanced-blueprinted original #s matching engine block, to 5R09K VIN with stock bore, a no expense spared race preparation.
worked heads, new roller rockers, lifters, push rods, guides, severe duty stainless larger intake-exhaust valves. Lemans cam shaft, new cam bearings. New rod-main bearings, calicoated pistons, pins, double roller timing set.

Original bell housing, flywheel, new clutch, original intake, oil pan, valve covers, air cleaner assembly. Complete with all receipts and engine specification sheets.

Presently has new y 650 DP carb. s original y 715 off car with its proper date code. Original perfect operational T10 trans and quick throw shifter, original drive shaft, loop and mountings.
Orginal rear end with new diff bearings, seals and NOS Locker.
NOS Tri headers and proper NOS exhaust. s non original 4 core Radiator.

New starter, battery, Interior is NOS with original package shelf. Original back glass, windshield, right door glass and both vent glass.
NOS suspension, NOS kes, rebuilt calipers with stainless pistons. Just installed complete NOS parking brake assembly and brackets. Original HCAX steering box, set of original SM1S Cragars with caps.
Car on n racing rims, also has its original set of steel wheels not presently with car.

Steel frame hood. y is solid but is not a numbers matching body, has old thin lacquer paint.
s minor right rear quarter panel and rear wheel well damage. s original splash shield off car.

Original owners manual, tang manual, all factory invoices. s both previous owners documentation, bill of sales and registrations. SAAC VIN verification letter, has been in registry since 1977. VIN tag not original but is proper from the great Jim Cowles.

This was consigned by k in Sept 1965, delivered to it’s first owner at gner in dalia Ohio, September 1965. Second owner living in sin bought in January 1968.
Then living in Galesberg Illinois, sold in July 1976 to it’s present owner in .

This was tracked yearly at the wood region invitationals at d from 1983 to 1992. Finished 1st 1985, 2nd 1986, 1st 1992. All in the street class with low profile street tires. Car was retired until 2006 when it had its present 2nd complete mechanical restoration.
