1996 MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE ORIGINAL 289
n # 6R08C tang Convertible with its original 289 engine and transmission. The car is a rare silver frost color, as indicated by the door tag. I am the second owner of this fornia-built muscle car from e, and I have owned it for 24 years. ng my ownership, I have only driven it about 3500 miles. The car has always been kept in a garage, including with the original owner who sold it to me due to needing the garage space. I regularly start it up to keep everything in working order. Motors, a mechanic specializing in tangs, has maintained this car for the past 24 years. The only necessary work done on the car includes adjusting the carburetor for weather, adding a fan shroud, replacing the float in the carburetor due to a small pinhole, changing the battery a couple of times, fitting new tires, and rebuilding the transmission about 12 years ago. Additionally, I had a per alarm system installed without making any alterations to the interior. The few blemishes on the car have been captured in the photos. far as I know, the only non-original feature is the stereo, which was already an aftermarket addition when I bought the car. It’s a great-looking car. I cannot go anywhere in it without people asking about it or telling me how much they like the color.
