CHASSIS
ting with the chassis, the restoration is fully frame-off. The chassis was sandblasted before primer powder coating is applied to improve adhesion and rust protection, and then a black powder coating cover applied. The entire powder coating process, including all minor pieces and metal supports, is done at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
TRAILING ARMS
The trailing arms are galvanized and all the new bushings are made in polyurethane. Terrafirma 30ºR trailing arms for better performance in the lifted builds.
AXELS
The axels are completely refurbished, sandblasted and powder coated.
TRANSMISSION
“ hcroft UK” refurbished to improve the design to be more resistant, for a heavier use, improved potential leak prevention, and ratio so it fits better to 35″ tire.  New hcroft gearbox and driveshafts are installed.
STEERING
build steering box works and renewed steering equipment, so they prepare the steering box in accordance with our requirements. All new ball joints and new heavy duty steering arm installed.  Terrafirma 4 stage suspension.
ENGINE
All the engine internals are new and tested, as well as the mechanical components like the injection pump, turbo, oil and water pumps, timing belt, cooling system, hoses and flanges, etc.
200TDI engine are tuned to the best performance working with the fuel injection pump, cylinder heads and a optional sport exhaust to improve hp and torque throughout the whole RPM range, and bespoke to transfer ratios and tire size combinations.  New clutch and related parts.  New high performance intercooler & fitting kit.

BOD PANELS

All the body is taken apart, new rubber seals and rivets are installed. place all damaged floors, boxes under seats, pillars or panels as needed.

DOORS

All three doors replaced with brand new ones. Thirty-year-old Defenders can have rust hidden in these parts, so for this reason they were replace them brand new which ensure a  maximum flat surface for the best results when painting.  All new handles and hinges always replaced using inox screws.  Tinted Windows
