1954 Austin-Healey 100-4 Carmen red – original color Le Mans

This car is a factory converted Le s with body and engine modifications by the ald Healey Company, , with full documentation and is listed in the 100M gistry as an original factory Pre-M.  
 
This early 1954 stin-Healey 100 BN1 roadster was purchased by an n MAAG, U.S. military adviser in directly from the ald Healey Motor Company on gust 27, 1954.  I have the ‘original sales purchase recite’.  This car went back to the ald Healey Company, , in early 1955 and was fitted with the Le s modifications which included both body and engine.  I have the original invoices from Healey, documenting this which includes the payment.  This is a ald Healey factory ‘Le s’ car.  I have the original paid recite dated 1954 for the purchase of the car as well as many other original recites.  Original recites and documents that most probably no one has seen before.  The original owner was an engineer and kept every recite and original literature.  Original literature that is extremely rare.  The car was then imported to the US in 1955 and remained with its original owner for over 40 years.  It was acquired by the previous seller 15 years ago with the original rebuilt 2,660cc inline-four engine to M + specs.  This car is very fast!  The engine was blue printed and balanced with special pistons and cam.  It runs beautifully.  The car is currently restored with less than 800 miles on the restoration. The car is equipped with the original engine and the original three-speed manual gearbox with electric overdrive in 2nd and 3rd gear, dual SU carburetors with a cold air box, a louvered hood with a leather strap, chrome knock-off wire wheels, and more.  All matching numbers. This BN1 is offered with original registration paperwork, DHMC factory invoices, 100 gistry Certificate, Healey Heritage Certificate, original tool roll with tools and jack, original manuals and original very rare literature.  Accompanying documentation, this BN1 was converted to Healey factory 100M specs in gust 1955, over a month before the official 100M production began, September 15, 1955. This was at the Healey rrick facility in with paid invoices. This car is listed in the 100M Le s gistry with original documentation.  This car is Mille Miglia eligible.  It is ready for any event.  The car is wonderful!
