fered for sale is this 1974 drunner, finished in red with white stripes and a white interior, and powered by a 440 cubic inch V8 running through a Torqueflite automatic transmission.

For 1973 and 1974, the drunner coupes had been redesigned to more closely resemble the four-door models than previous years, with front-end styling that was squared-off and more upright. performance became harder to come by in this era, an emphasis on luxury became more obvious, with electric seats and windows to make up for the horsepower numbers dropping from emissions regulations.

But thanks to the always energetic aftermarket for Mopar, this example of the drunner lives up to its name, both in looks and power. The red finish is in excellent condition, with white strobe stripes and GTX emblems.

Mechanically, this drunner received balanced upgrades to produce good, usable power. Originally a 400 big block drunner, it now sports a built 440 with lbrock aluminum heads, and is rated ataround 500 hp. ping to funnel that power is the Torqueflite 727 trans with manual valve body, 8-3/4” rear axle with 4:11 positraction, and Caltrac bars. For tone and proper breathing, there is a 3” exhaust with exhaust cutouts, cross pipe and chrome tips.

This drunner is in excellent condition overall and ready to go for the next owner to enjoy!
