It was restored in 2017-’18 using many NOS parts. Then it benefited from significant additional work and new components in 2021-’23 under the supervision of its current owner. This car is equipped with a radio, heater and defroster, fog lamps, and fender skirts.
The seller is representing this vehicle on consignment, and says, “The car had spent much of its life in . Apparently, a young man purchased it, went off to serve in WW II and did not come home. His aunt took over the car, and then her son had it for about 35 years, driving it to work occasionally.”
He continues, “The car received an AACA first at in October 2022 and a Senior at in May 2023. In 2022, the car received the prewar Buick Heritage Award. Should the new owner be interested in pursuing additional national award status, the vehicle is eligible to enter AACA National Meets and compete for awards at that level. It is also eligible for a repeat AACA Preservation Awards,” he concludes.
