1969 Chevrolet Corvette C3 Coupe * storation from 2020-2024!
This 1969 Chevrolet Corvette storation was started in 2020 and continued until 2024. This C3 coupe is now offered due to medical reasons with refurbishment photos and records, and a clean fornia title in the seller’s name.
The car left the factory finished in Fathom and was refinished in its current shade of copper metallic under prior ownership. It is equipped with removable roof panels, removeable rear window, hideaway headlights, dual side mirrors, and dual Stainless exhaust outlets. All exterior trim pieces were replaced under previous ownership. The current owner installed new outside window trim with weather strips and new window anti rattle kits.
Rally 15″ wheels wear chrome trim rings and center caps and are mounted with new Toyo 225/70R 15’s. king is handled by red-finished wood calipers over cross-drilled and slotted discs. All brakes lines were replaced, and QA1 suspension components have been installed. The brakes were bleed, and the master cylinder replaced by current owner.
The bucket seats were reupholstered in Saddle vinyl and have color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Appointments include headrests, a heater, a cassette stereo with Bluetooth adapter, and factory lap and shoulder belts.
A new woodgrain-rimmed steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer, with auxiliary gauges mounted in the center stack. All gauges work except for the clock (which works twice a day). The five-digit odometer shows 11k miles. Approximately 5,000 miles on restoration. l mileage is unknown
A new 350ci crate V8 was sourced from BluePrint nes and installation began in 2020. It is equipped with Stainless steel 14-gauge erson headers, MSD ignition with tach drive, an lbrock AVS2 carburetor, lbrock 2101 intake, lbrock high performance water pump, fuel pressure regulator and a new Stainless Steel coolant recovery tank. Compression is 9.3 to 1 with hydraulic rollers and an aggressive street cam. The engine was dyno at 373.4 HP and 410 ibs. Torque by BluePrint. A new GM power master alternator, pion 3 core aluminum radiator, windshield wiper motor, and a new vacuum kit for the headlights and wipers with a vacuum booster were installed.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a JW performance TH400 three-speed automatic transmission rated at 700 HP and fitted with a Huges Performance torque converter. ar differential is a heavy duty 3:08 ratio Posi traction code stamped AV.
cent rear end work included rebuilt trailing arms and installing rear wheel bearings. Drive shafts removed, inspected and reinstalled. and pinion inspected, and new gear oil applied. ant was replaced, oil change, and transmission fluid was also changed. New electrical work consisted of replacing battery line to stater, and new fuseable link to main fuse panel.
