This 1988 Porsche 911 Carrera cabriolet was acquired in June 1997 by the seller, who has since added approximately 12k of the 89k miles shown. The car is said to have been stored between 2002 and 2015, and a subsequent refurbishment reportedly included refreshing the interior, replacing the blue soft top, overhauling the fuel system, and servicing the brakes and clutch. It is powered by a 3.2-liter flat-six paired with a G50 five-speed manual transaxle, and it is finished in Grand Prix White over black leather. Equipment includes a Fabspeed Motorsport exhaust resonator, a Steve Wong performance chip, 15″ Fuchs alloy wheels, a rear spoiler, and an Alpine stereo. The Carfax report indicates that the car was stolen in November 1992, was recovered in September 1994, and “was declared a total loss by an insurance company” in July 1995. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs, and the front and rear rotors were reportedley replaced in 2015 along with the wheel bearings and seals.
