This 1995 Ferrari F355 Spider was initially delivered to Ferrari of Denver, Colorado, and it was acquired by the current owner in 2008. The car is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a gated six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential and is finished in Rosso Corsa over tan Connolly leather upholstery. Equipment includes a black soft top, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a Challenge-style rear grille, pop-up headlights, automatic climate control, and an Alpine AM/FM/CD stereo. This F355 Spider is now offered on dealer consignment with manufacturer’s literature, a tool kit, a Carfax report, and a clean California title. The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa, and styling elements include a power-operated black convertible top as well as pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, a Challenge-style rear grille, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. The seller dealer states that the rocker panel and door sill have been repaired. The underside of the front bumper cover is scraped, the inner edge of the driver door is missing paint, and close up shots of the exterior finish and trim can be seen in the gallery below. The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with Goodyear Eagle tires. Ferrari-branded red-finished brake calipers are mounted over cross-drilled and ventilated discs at each corner. The cabin features sport seats trimmed in tan Connolly leather, and matching leather extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and lower half of the dashboard. Amenities include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, an Alpine AM/FM/CD stereo, and drilled aluminum pedals. Sticky buttons have been refinished, per the selling dealer, who notes that the seat components have been overhauled. There is wear on the driver’s seat bolster and blemishes on the door cards. The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 23k miles, approximately 8k of which were added under current ownership. A mileage inconsistency is noted in a June 2022 entry on the Carfax report. Total mileage is unknown. The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. The selling dealer notes that an engine-out belt service was last completed in August 2019, and work performed in preparation for the sale is said to have included changing the fluids and replacing the hood struts, radiator, catalytic converter, and temperature ECU. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Damage to underbody components can be viewed in the gallery. Manufacturer’s literature is included in the sale along with a tool kit. The Carfax report shows the aforementioned mileage inconsistency along with no accidents or other damage and lists registration history in Colorado, Texas, and California. Filed under: 355
