This 1967 Mustang Fastback GT is Dark Moss Green and Bullitt fast with its 390 powerhouse, 4 speed manual, and 9″ 3.25, 28 spline posi rear end. A beautiful; rust free, no accident, one-family-owned, always garaged car that features PS, PDB on front; numbers matching drivetrain; rare deluxe interior and a Marti report. Purchased in and stayed in Oklahoma, it wound up in the garage upon the owner’s passing and sat there for over 16 years until his widow recently decided to finally let it go to enable her retirement.
Pictures with dust covering it were how it was found, and it has since been freshened up and ready to smoke some tires! Improvements include new BF Goodrich TA Radial 235X60X15, and 215X60X15 tires; all new brake system to include drums, calipers, rotors, hardware, wheel and master cylinder, booster, bearings, seals, rubber lines, etc. Also received new exhaust & fuel systems, the radiator was professionally cleaned, 4 shocks installed & tie rod ends. Engine compartment was spruced up with paint, and the engine got new wires, plugs, electronic ignition, carb rebuilt, belts, hoses, filters, lubes, battery, alternator, water pump, etc., and runs and drives fantastic and sounds awesome! The solid lifters, cam, and deep oil pan installed by the original owner improve the nostalgia as well as the power. The Oklahoma inspection sticker testifies to the accuracy of the storage time. I have several receipts and papers documenting the car as well as the original owner’s warranty card.
The fold down back seat received carpeting, and the rest of the interior floor received carpeting over sound deadening material. Trunk got a new floor mat, and the dash received a heater core & plenum. Currently has an F70-14″ Firestone Wide Oval spare that’s holding air nesting with the original jack and lug wrench. All of the glass is OEM and good except for a couple of very tiny bb’s in the windshield that are difficult to see.
Very original car with one repaint along the way, and it carries a beautiful shine as you can see in the photos. The paint is apparently lacquer and is tight on the car, but it does have some spider webbing along with a few tiny chips in it. (Note photos)
The undercarriage is a clean as the upper body, as the original undercoating was freshened up as well. Currently shows 82,543 miles on it and it is chomping at the bit for its new owner to take it for a cruise. $92,500.
