1957 Ford Fairlane500 Coral Sand Colonial White Sunliner

The vehicle has been very well maintained and has numerous factory options. Some of the factory options included are the “Thunderbird Special” 312 Y Block V8 w/ Holly 4 BBL Carb, Continental Kit, Town & Country Radio, Clock, Tissue Dispenser, Power Windows, Spotlight w/Mirrors, Lifeguard Seatbelts, Heater and Delta Wing Exhaust Deflectors. Along with the vehicle comes restoration(2010/2011) and post restoration documentation/photos/receipts as well as Ford sales brochures, Shop Manual, color charts, etc. The vehicle colors match the original with the exterior being Coral Sand/Colonial White and the Interior being Raven Black/Colonial White. Mechanical upgrades at the time of restoration include a Chrysler 4-speed Automatic Overdrive transmission and front disc brakes. Post restoration upgrades include Clock and Radio Restoration, Period Correct Ford Power Punch Battery with cables, custom leaf springs with rear shocks, period correct replica power window switches, ceramic coated exhaust manifolds, Cool Craft period correct Hi-Efficiency radiator,Traffic Light Viewer, by Gale Halderman who was on the 1957 Fairlane design team. Mr.Halderman went on to be one of the original designers of the Ford Mustang in 1964 working alongside Lee Iacocca.
