Finished from the factory in Copper Metallic (98), the car has been refinished in black with a custom-sewn maroon canvas soft top. The convertible-top cylinders and pump were replaced during the build, and the car has been converted to glass-lens LED headlights. The window motors and rubber seals have been replaced along with all of the exterior emblems and lettering.
The suspension was rebuilt with replacement bushings, shocks, 2″ drop springs, and a front anti-sway bar. Stopping power is handled by Wilwood big disc brakes all around along with a Wilwood master cylinder, and a power brake conversion was completed. The cabin is trimmed in red, and both rows of seating were rebuilt, converted from springs to foam cushions, and reupholstered in leather. The front bench is power-adjustable, and the car has power windows. A custom-made center console has been added, and it houses a Kenwood head unit as well as polished controls for the VintageAir climate-control system. The custom speaker system is concealed behind customized grilles, and there are USB and Bluetooth auxiliary inputs. The seller notes that the speaker grilles in the kick panels and under the rear armrests were customized to match the factory grilles in the back seat and center floor speaker. The cabin trim was re-chromed and polished during the build, at which time replacement rear door panels were steel fabricated and Dynomat sound-deadening material was added to the firewall, floors, door panels, and trunk. The trunk features custom-fabricated paneling and replacement carpets as well as a custom accent panel with Eldorado lettering and a Cadillac logo. The battery was relocated to the trunk and is hidden underneath the paneling, along with an amplifier and a subwoofer housed in a custom low-profile box.
The five-digit odometer shows 249 miles, and total chassis mileage is unknown. The seller notes that 10 miles have been added since the rebuild work was completed. The 6.2-liter LS3 V8 crate engine was purchased new and installed last year, and it is equipped with Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection and intake manifold. The block was painted gold to coordinate with the car’s color scheme. The wiring system was redone during the build, and additional work involved installing an integrated Aeromotive fuel system, a replacement oil pan, an aluminum oil catch can, and replica period-style coil covers. The car also has an aluminum radiator, a K&N air filter with a custom intake pipe, and a custom-fabricated stainless-steel exhaust system with quadruple mufflers.
