This rare and beautiful ’59 sel was purchased in , VA at Meyer sel (building still standing today).  The car has always been garaged and cared for since.  A bit later in the car’s life, it was owned by a wonderful gentleman in the sel Club who enjoyed driving it to car shows where the car won many trophies/awards.  That gentleman passed on about 8 years ago.  We acquired the car from his son, who wasn’t driving it as often to car shows as he would like, and therefore made the decision it was time to re-home it to a good sel home.

This sel runs and drives well, makes great power, and is very reliable.  The automatic transmission shifts smoothly at all speeds and the car tracks very straight down the road.  She has been serviced well through the years.  Some recent items include: newer brakes, a new radiator, carburetor, fuel pump, and a full service checkup.  The original A/C will need some TLC to work again, but it’s a great conversation piece as is.  This is a car you can get in drive right away and have some fun with.  This car likes to be DRIVEN!

The photos tell a great story.  Just a beautiful car inside and out!  The original colors of dwood llic and rt Tan really stand out in a crowd!  There are some minor flaws/touch up areas due to normal age and driving, but the finish looks very pretty overall.  The interior/upholstery could be factory original and it’s in amazing condition for the age of the car.  The styling of the inside of the car is just exceptional everywhere you look.  Beautiful original dash and steering wheel!  All of the glass is in good condition, the windows are tight, and roll up and down easily.  The doors shut exceptionally well with a nice THUD.  ne compartment and trunk are nice and tidy looking for your car show display.  derneath the car looks great also.  Comes with the original owners manual and dealer folder, a copy of the original invoice, and a nice car cover.  Also check out those MATCHING CHAIRS that come with it!!  This sel is sure to be a hit at all of your local car shows.  It has many trophies yet to win.
