From gerty: “The 1963 Chevy II remained a unibody design with a 110-inch wheelbase, sold in 100 and 300 trim levels. A new grille had thicker horizontal bars, and Chevrolet lettering on the hood replaced a badge. The Chevy II a also had rocker moldings and its name on the rear fenders.”
for my car, it’s nowhere near a museum car, as it’s not original, but it can be a solid light daily driver if you’re blessed with good weather. I have had it for about three years, when I bought it it had no cooling system, mirrors, windshield wipers or mirrors. It has all that now. Also has a detachable head unit, and I added kick-panel speakers.
This car had the factory-switch to a 283 in 1964.
I am moving back to Ohio to deal with a bout of epilepsy, to a house with no garage, otherwise I wouldn’t be selling. She has been a frustrating but good and fun little car, and she loves the freeway. She sounds exactly how a 1963 a should sound.
The borghini s ask ME questions at the stoplights.
She is much better than “fair,” but I am pricing it right at gerty Fair range, as I just want it to go to a nice owner.
