This 1965 Chevrolet Corvair Corsa convertible is powered by a replacement, rear-mounted 164ci flat-six paired with a four-speed manual transaxle and has been refinished in black over black vinyl upholstery. Equipment includes a black convertible soft top, 15″ Rally wheels with bright hubcaps, quad headlights, dual side mirrors, chrome bumpers with overriders, a louvered rear decklid, dual exhaust outlets, front bucket seats, an aftermarket radio, and Vintage Air climate control. This Corvair Corsa convertible was acquired by the selling dealer in 2023 and is now offered in Florida with factory literature and a clean Texas title. The car left the factory finished in Tuxedo Black (A) and shows evidence of having been repainted under prior ownership. Exterior equipment includes a replacement black convertible soft top, quad headlights, dual side mirrors, a louvered rear decklid, dual exhaust outlets, and chrome bumpers with overriders. Blemishes in the paint are presented in the gallery. The 15″ Rally wheels feature bright hubcaps and trim rings and are mounted with 205/60 Hankook Kinergy ST tires. For 1965, the Corvair received a fully independent suspension, and stopping power is provided by front and rear drum brakes. The cabin features seating surfaces upholstered in black vinyl along with matching door panels and carpeting. Interior appointments include front bucket seats, Vintage Air climate control, lap belts, and an aftermarket radio. The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock, and gauges for fuel level, manifold pressure, and cylinder head temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 14k miles, approximately 30 of which were added by the selling dealer. Total mileage is unknown. The replacement 164ci flat-six was installed under prior ownership and delivers power to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transaxle. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery.
