The selling dealer adds that this Corvette is in “excellent” condition and “everything works” on the car. 

The engine in this ’65 Corvette is a reportedly numbers-matching L76 327-cu.in. small-block that was factory rated at 365 horsepower. The seller didn’t indicate any rebuild history but says cold starts exhibit no smoke and the engine idles as it should. He reports a small valve cover leak. The four-speed manual transmission “shifts fine,” in the seller’s opinion. 

The paint code “UU” on the trim tag translates to Rally d, which is the car’s color that the seller says is in “excellent condition,” with “no blemishes” and “no rust.” He rates the glass condition as “excellent,” and says there are no leaking seals. The black convertible top is new, per the seller. All the lights work, including the retractable headlights. 

The trim tag indicates STD (“Standard”) for the upholstery, which translates to black vinyl that the seller says is in “excellent” condition and he says the same about the carpet. The car has air conditioning and a heater, both of which work properly, per the seller. All the gauges work, including the clock. The car has a Bluetooth enabled radio installed, but the original radio is available. 

This Corvette has power steering that the seller says “doesn’t leak” and adds that there is “very little play” in the steering. He says the bushings and shocks “look to be in good condition” and the disc brakes are “excellent.” There are no suspension modifications, per the seller. He says the knock-off wheels are “perfect.” The P205/75R15 orange-stripe Classic tires show late 2005 date codes.
