The car was purchased by the current owner in late 2022, after which over $38k was spent performing further restoration, maintenance and repairs including but not limited to re-chroming the bumpers, replacing the tires ( estein Sprint Classics) and inner tubes. The independent rear suspension was rebuilt, rear axle bearings and axle seals were replaced along with the trailing arms.
The front wheel bearings were replaced along with rebuilding both upper ball joints.
The carburetors were removed, disassembled, cleaned, floats replaced and the carburetors synchronized once reinstalled. The cam covers were removed and the valves adjusted during the last service visit also.

The car runs and drives great with no issues. The transmission upshifts and downshifts perfectly with no grinding or abnormal noises at all.
The Jaguar is finished in black with a black soft top over maroon leather upholstery. Powered by the original 4.2-liter inline-six linked with a four-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Mileage displayed on the 5 digit odometer is less than 100 miles due to the speedometer recently being rebuilt and set back to zero. Mileage shown on the odometer at the time of speedometer rebuild 61,354.
