This 1972 Fiat Jolly is said to have spent time in Sicily before undergoing a Jolly conversion by Jolly.cars in Palermo that was completed in 2024. Additional work at that time is noted to have involved rebuilding the inline-twin to displace 600cc and overhauling the four-speed manual transaxle. The car is finished in blue with a fringed surrey top, tubular grab rails, and a luggage rack with a picnic basket. The open cabin houses wicker seating, and further equipment includes drum brakes as well as 12″ steel wheels with whitewall tires. This Jolly conversion is now offered in Virginia with a South Carolina title in the seller’s name. The car was modified in the style of a Jolly model and repainted blue as part of the build that was completed from 2023 to 2024. It features a removable fringed surrey top, tubular grab rails, and a luggage rack with a picnic basket. The body is said to have been reinforced. Body-color 12″ steel wheels wear chrome hubcaps and are mounted with Nuvolari whitewall tires. The car features four-wheel independent suspension, and braking is handled by drums at all four corners. The open cabin has been fitted with replacement wicker seating. Blue carpets line the floors, and the passenger-side grab handle features a wicker wrap. Further details include a dash-mounted rearview mirror, an under-dash storage compartment, and front lap belts. The two-spoke steering wheel wears wicker accents and frames a Veglia 120-km/h speedometer with indicated shift points. The five-digit odometer shows 60 miles, and total mileage is unknown. The inline-twin engine was rebuilt to displace 600cc as part of the refurbishment work. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transaxle that was overhauled as part of the build. Photos taken at various stages of the conversion and refurbishment process are presented in the gallery The South Carolina title lists “Exempt” under the Vehicle Brand section.
