This 1975 Triumph TR6 underwent a multi-year refurbishment circa 2010 that involved removing the body from the frame and repainting it green as well as performing body panel replacements and re-trimming the cabin in tan leather. It is powered by a 2.5-liter inline-six that drives the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. The car is equipped with a tan convertible top, 15″ wheels, a plastic air dam, a wood shift knob, and a Phase Linear cassette stereo linked to aftermarket speakers. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2024, this TR6 is offered with service records, refurbishment photos, and a clean Pennsylvania title. The body left the factory finished in Java (85) and was repainted green circa 2010 after it was removed from the frame and the fenders, quarter panels, rocker panels, and floor pans were replaced. Exterior details include a tan convertible top, a plastic air dam, Union Jack decals, and chrome bumpers with rubber overriders. Close-up photos of the paintwork and trim are presented in the gallery. Gray-finished 15″ eight-spoke wheels wear Triumph-branded center caps and are mounted with 205/70 Firestone Affinity Touring tires. Stopping power is provided by front disc and rear drum brakes. The refreshed cabin features bucket seats upholstered in tan leather along with color-coordinated trim on the door panels and replacement carpeting. All-weather mats protect the front footwells, and additional equipment includes a wood veneer dashboard fascia, a wood shift knob, and a Phase Linear cassette stereo linked to aftermarket speakers. The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a Smiths 140-mph speedometer and a tachometer while gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level are mounted in the center of the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 91k miles. The 2.5-liter inline-six features dual Zenith-Stromberg carburetors and was factory rated at 101 horsepower and 128 lb-ft of torque. Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission, which is said to have been overhauled along with the engine during the refurbishment. The frame was reportedly sandblasted, refinished, and repaired during previous ownership. Photos taken during various stages of the refurbishment can be seen in the gallery.
