This 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible is powered by a 500ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and is finished in metallic blue over Antique Light Blue Sierra Grain leather. The car is equipped with a dark blue soft top, a body-color parade boot, 15″ steel wheels, black wheel covers, four-wheel disc brakes, and an AM/FM stereo with an eight-track cassette player as well as automatic climate control, power windows, and a power-adjustable front bench. The car was previously sold on BaT in June 2022 and was acquired by the selling dealer in July 2023. This Eldorado Convertible now shows 35k miles and is offered with a South Carolina title. The car left the factory finished in Innsbruck blue and was refinished prior to the selling dealer’s acquisition. A power-operated Dark Blue soft top and body-color parade boot are equipped, as are a remote-controlled left mirror and chrome bumpers. Steel 15″ wheels feature black covers and are mounted with 235/75/15 American Classics whitewall tires. Stopping power is provided by disc brakes at all four corners. The Eldorado featured a torsion bar front suspension and a coil-sprung solid rear axle along with Automatic Level Control and power steering. The power-adjustable front seats and rear bench are trimmed in light blue leather, and woodgrain trim accents the dashboard and door panels. Equipment includes cruise control, power windows and locks, lap belts, and a push-button AM/FM 8-track stereo. The selling dealer reports that the air conditioning was serviced and converted to R-134a refrigerant in preparation for the sale. The power antenna and clock do not work. The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer. The five-digit odometer shows 35k miles, approximately 350 of which were added under current ownership. The 500ci V8 features a Rochester Quadrajet four-barrel carburetor and was factory rated at 190 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque. Fluids were changed in preparation for the sale. Power is routed to the front wheels via a Turbo Hydra-Matic three-speed automatic transmission. The current South Carolina title carries an “Antique” brand.
