This 1978 lkswagen Karmann van mini-motorhome was based on the Type 2 Kombi/Bus and built by lkswagen’s zilian operation, making it a rarity in the U.S. Designed by Karmann, which of course built VW’s renowned VW Karmann-Ghia sporty car, this camper offered sleeping for two with a table that converted to a bed, and in addition featured a shower, toilet, sink, and a gas-burning cooktop with oven. “Since it is a minivan sized camper, you won’t struggle to park it in urban areas or have to circle parking lots at our National ks like full size motorhomes do,” the seller says.
