This 1992 Panoz Roadster is one of a reported 44 examples produced between 1992 and 1995 and is powered by a Ford 302ci V8 mated to a five-speed manual transmission. The car is finished in blue over black leather upholstery and equipped with a chrome roll bar, chrome bumpers, adjustable coilovers, four-wheel disc brakes, 16″ wheels, and Schroth multi-point harnesses. The car was registered in Georgia prior to being acquired and imported to Ontario, Canada by the seller in June 2021. Subsequent work is said to have included replacing the steering column, fuel pump, and tires. This Panoz shows 2,700 miles and is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and an Ontario registration in the seller’s name. The Roadster features a Freeman Thomas-designed aluminum body mounted over a stainless-steel space frame. The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a black leather dashboard housing centrally positioned instrumentation that consists of a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level, voltage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 2,700 miles, approximately 386 of which were added during current ownership. The Ford-sourced 302ci V8 was factory rated at 225 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque and features electronic port fuel injection. The fuel pump was reportedly replaced in August 2021. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a BorgWarner T-5 five-speed manual transmission. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Georgia and Ontario, Canada from an initial entry in July 1993. The car does not have a title because Ontario does not issue titles. It is being sold with its certificate of registration.
