This 1995 Audi RS2 Avant is said to have been acquired by the selling dealer in Costa Rica in 2007 and was imported to the US in May 2022. It is powered by a turbocharged 20-valve 2.2L inline-five mated to a six-speed manual gearbox and Quattro all-wheel drive and is finished in red over black leather upholstery. The car has been modified with an aftermarket stainless-steel exhaust system, 2.0T FSI ignition coils, and KW coilovers, while factory equipment includes a Torsen center differential, a locking rear differential, power-operated sunroof, Porsche-branded brakes, five-spoke 17″ Cup wheels, power-adjustable Recaro sport seats, automatic climate control, and a Pioneer head unit. This RS2 shows 80k kilometers (~49k miles) and is now offered by the selling dealer with spare parts, a tool kit, partial service records, import documentation, manufacturer’s literature, and a clean Florida title. Audi and Porsche co-developed the RS2, which was assembled at Porsche’s Rössle-Bau factory in Zuffenhausen, Germany. This example is finished in red and was reportedly repainted by the selling dealer. Exterior features include a power-operated sunroof, fog lights, headlight washers, and a rear window wiper. The 17″ Cup wheels were shared with the 964 Turbo and are mounted with 225/45 Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport tires. The car is equipped with red Porsche-branded Brembo calipers, and KW coilovers have been installed at all four corners. The interior features power-adjustable front Recaro sport seats upholstered in black leather, along with carbon-fiber trim accents on the dashboard and door panels. Appointments include automatic climate control, a leather-wrapped shift knob, and a Pioneer head unit. A button to lock the rear differential is located on the center console. Wear is noted on the driver’s seat. A leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts white instrumentation consisting of a 300-km/h speedometer, a tachometer with a 7,800-rpm-redline, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. Gauges for oil temperature, oil pressure, and voltage are mounted in the center stack ahead of the shifter. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 80k kilometers (~49k miles), approximately 20k of which were added by the selling dealer. The turbocharged 2.2-liter inline-five features four valves per cylinder and was factory rated to produce 311 horsepower and 302 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle, a Quattro all-wheel-drive system, a Torsen center differential, and a locking rear differential. According to the selling dealer, the ignition system has been modified with a 2.0T FSI coil-pack conversion and an aftermarket stainless steel exhaust system has been fitted.
