This 1998 Morgan Plus 8 was purchased new by the previous owner from Cantab Motors, Ltd. of Purcellville, Virginia, and acquired by the current owner on BaT in June 2020. It is finished in Connaught Green over tan leather upholstery and powered by a 4.0-liter Rover V8 paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes 16″ center-lock wheels, Lucas driving lights, mesh headlight grilles, a leather hood strap, a tan soft top, a luggage rack, a woodgrain dashboard panel, an aluminum radiator, and a tan convertible soft top, side curtains, and tonneau cover. This Plus 8 shows 73k miles and is offered with a set of wire wheels, side curtains, a custom Bimini sun top, a tonneau cover, a purchase order, service records, an owner’s handbook, and a clean Washington State title in the seller’s name. This Plus 8 shows 74k miles and is now offered with a spare set of factory wire wheels, a knockoff tool and hammer, an integrated trickle charger, and a clean Tennessee title in the seller’s father’s name. The Plus 8 was hand-assembled in Malvern, England with aluminum fenders and body panels as well as an ash wood subframe mounted on a galvanized steel chassis.
