This 1999 Lamborghini Diablo VT roadster is #2 of 10 Millennium Edition examples produced for the US market and is powered by a 5.7-liter V12 mated to a five-speed manual transmission and a Viscous Traction all-wheel-drive system. The car is finished in Titanium Metallic over black and gray leather, and features include front and rear limited-slip differentials, a removable hardtop, 18″ wheels, fixed headlights, scissor doors, a carbon-fiber rear wing, an Al Burtoni exhaust system, fixed-back bucket seats, automatic climate control, and an Alpine stereo with an in-dash CD changer. The car was sold new in New York and spent time in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Florida prior to the seller’s purchase in 2003. This Millennium Edition Diablo VT Roadster has 14k miles and is offered with manufacturer’s literature, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name. Production of the VT Roadster ended in 1999 and was capped off by a limited run of Millennium Edition examples. Only 30 examples were offered worldwide, just 10 of which were destined for the US market. This car, like all of the US-spec examples, is finished in Titanium Metallic, and exterior equipment includes fixed composite headlights sourced from the contemporary Z32 Nissan 300ZX, Hella fog lights, a removable hardtop that stores above the engine compartment, scissor doors, a vented engine cover, quad exhaust outlets, and a carbon-fiber rear wing. Blemishes in the paint are presented in the gallery below. Silver 18″ factory OZ Racing wheels feature polished lips and are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact tires measuring 245/35 up front and 335/30 at the rear. Stopping power is provided by black multi-piston Brembo calipers over cross-drilled rotors. The passenger-side shock absorbers were replaced and the brake fluid was flushed in 2023. The Millennium Edition examples were all trimmed in two-tone black and gray leather upholstery, and black leather extends to the dash and door panels with contrasting gray stitching. Interior appointments include dual airbags, automatic climate control, a dogleg-pattern gated shifter, Alpine infotainment with an in-dash CD changer, and an Alpine sound system. The seller states that the trim and dash panels were refinished in preparation for the sale. A plaque mounted below the shifter denotes the car as #2 of 10 Millennium Edition examples. The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7,500-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, oil temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 14k miles, approximately 13k of which were added under current ownership. The 5.7-liter V12 was factory rated at 522 horsepower and 466 lb-ft of torque. The battery and starter were replaced in preparation for the sale, at which time the oil and coolant were flushed. Power is sent to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission, front and rear limited-slip differentials, and a Viscous Traction all-wheel-drive system. An Al Burtoni exhaust system was installed in 2003. The transmission and differential fluids were flushed in 2023. Manufacturer’s literature and service records are included in the sale. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Florida, and California. The car last passed a California emissions test in July 2023.
