This 1993 Jaguar XJR-S convertible shows 30k miles following registration history in Kansas, Texas, Connecticut, Missouri, and Tennessee. The current owner purchased the car in June 2017, and work since that time has included overhauling the brakes and replacing the fuel filter, battery, distributor cap, rotor, rear shocks, throttle shaft bushings, and spark plugs and wires. Finished in black over Charcoal leather, the car is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, 16″ alloy wheels, power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes, a power-retractable black soft top, a cassette stereo, cruise control, automatic climate control, and heated and power-adjustable sport seats. This XJR-S convertible is now offered on dealer consignment with the owner’s manual, service records, tools, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Tennessee title. The car is finished in black (PDH) and features a power-retractable black soft top as well as headlight washers, a Jaguar growler hood emblem, a rear spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, and a telescoping antenna. The 16″ alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport All Season tires. The rear shocks and front brake calipers, rotors, and pads were replaced in September 2021, while the handbrake pads and rear brake calipers and pads were replaced in August 2023. The cabin features heated and power-adjustable sport seats upholstered in Charcoal leather. Burl wood trim accents the dashboard, center console, and door panels, and additional interior amenities include a cassette stereo, cruise control, automatic climate control, and JaguarSport sill plates. A metal placard from the jeweler Asprey is affixed to the center console and denotes this example as #71 produced for the 1993 model year. The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 30k miles. The 6.0-liter V12 was hand-built by JaguarSport with a forged-steel crankshaft, forged pistons, and a Zytek engine management system. Output was factory rated at 318 horsepower and 339 lb-ft of torque. The fuel filter and battery were replaced in September 2021, and work in March 2023 included replacing the distributor cap, rotor, throttle shaft bushings, and spark plugs and wires. A fuel injection hose was replaced in August 2023.  Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage and lists registration history in Kansas, Texas, Connecticut, Missouri, and Tennessee.
